Conference Travel Subsidy
$100-$150 Conference Travel Subsidy given to the first 50 abstracts/papers submitted and accepted $100 for Eastern and Central time zones (except for Taxes) $150 for the other time zones in the U.S. (including Taxes, Mountain, Pacific, and Alaska time zones) and overseas
Up to $200 Travel Scholarship for Two Graduate Students Awarded to two outstanding papers by graduate students (mark your submission with the application for this scholarship and indicate your graduate student status). Late submissions will be subject to further funding availability. back to top

Abstract or proposal and paper submission
Deadline: 12/1/2009
Submit a half-page abstract or a proposal (no more than 100 words) along with your full-length paper for a 20-minute presentation at TCLT6@hamilton.edu no later than 12/1/09.
If you submit an abstract or proposal only, please be aware that your full-length paper will be due shortly after your abstract or proposal is accepted.
To document your submission correctly, please make sure to include the following information in your submission (it is recommended to put the information on a separate page):
- Sender's English name (Last name, first name)
- Sender's Chinese name (if any)
- Valid e-mail address (important for communication)
- Affiliation (position and contact information)
- Status (presenter or not)
- Abstract/paper (or both) submitted
- Title of the abstract/paper submitted
- Integration of technology into day-to-day instruction: listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Importance, usage, assessment, device, curriculum design, and development
- Virtual classroom
- Blended courses: classroom and virtual learning
- Web 2.0-based learning system
- Mobile Chinese teaching
- Distance learning: assessment and development

Registration
Registration is required.
Because the space for workshops is limited, the conference will accept applicants on a first-come, first-served basis except for presenters. Early on-line registration is recommended. Please be aware that there is a registration fee of $100 for both presenters and participants which will be used to offset the cost for conference expenses.
